Joining the loyalty program "Store crédit"

"Store credit" loyalty program is open to all consumers over the age of 18. The loyalty program "Store crédit" loyalty program is valid only at www.itcpiercing.com. The program loyalty program is free, with a limit of one dagnotte per customer (same name, same address). Activation of the program is immediate. No program entries will be accepted by mail or telephone. Any change of address, name or any other information that may be required for the purposes of this program must be be notified to ITC directly at www.itcpiercing.com.

Benefits of the program

The "Store credit" loyalty program is not a means of payment. It allows you, when you order online: Accumulate euros in your "Store credit" loyalty account when you make purchases on the site and get discount vouchers to use on subsequent purchases. You can only accumulate euros on purchases made by the customer. Euros credited to "La Cagnotte" are allocated as follows: The advertisements on the site(s) and social networks, or the information appearing on the product sheet of the site www.itcpiercing.com or on mobile applications that relaunch the "Store credit" loyalty program, make it easy to identify the products covered by the promotional offer and inform the holders of the loyalty program of the percentage that can be accumulated in case of purchase of the product in question. When the order is finalized and paid for online at the site, the member accumulates euros that can be used for subsequent purchases at www.itcpiercing.com as soon as the order is shipped. When a product has multiple benefits related to ITC loyalty account ownership and/or immediate discounts, only the most beneficial discount is given to the loyalty account holder. The "Kitty" is the sum of all the euros that the holder of the "Kitty" loyalty program has accumulated on the site by purchasing the indicated products, possibly reduced by the euros that the holder has possibly already spent or that will be withdrawn in case of cancellation of the order or any fraud attempts. To find out the balance of their "Store crédit"," holders of the "Store credit" loyalty program are invited to log on to their customer area at www.itcpiercing.com.

Use of "Store credit" euros

"Store credit" euros may be used as long as the customer's information has been filled in at www.itcpiercing.com and this membership form has been duly completed. "Store credit" euros can be used from the next purchase, globally when the holder of the "Store credit" loyalty account wishes, within the limits of the following provision, namely : The purchased euros can be used for a period of two years from the date of obtaining them. If the euros are not used during the said period, the holder of "Store credit" loyalty account automatically loses the benefit. Euros accumulated on "Store credit" are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Any attempt at fraud in the acquisition and/or use of "Store credit" euros will result in the immediate cancellation of the order. ITC reserves the right to take legal action against the fraudster.

Conditions of use of the loyalty program "Store credit".

Use of the loyalty program "Store credit" implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions, which the subscriber acknowledges having read at the time of registration. The "Store credit" loyalty program may be used only by its owner. The same customer may hold and use only one "Store credit" loyalty account. "Store credit" loyalty program is the property of the ITC company and may not be reproduced. The "Store credit" loyalty program may be withdrawn at any time in case of fraud or any misuse or use not in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms of Use. The holder of the "Store credit" loyalty account then loses any right to use the previously acquired vouchers, as well as the benefits linked to his or her "Store credit" loyalty account, without being refunded the euros acquired. ITC disclaims any responsibility for the direct or indirect consequences of fraudulent or non-compliant use of the loyalty program "Store credit". The offers communicated on the Internet and identified by the "Store credit" logo are reserved exclusively for holders of a "Store credit" loyalty account in the context of purchases corresponding to quantities habitually purchased by a consumer. Some promotional operations may stipulate a maximum amount of purchases to be eligible for the benefits of the "Store credit" loyalty program. In the event of a dispute about the euro amount purchased or the new total, any claim must be submitted to the site within one week of the purchase, as shown on the invoice. No dispute will be accepted after this deadline. ITC is exempt from any liability for the consequences, direct or indirect, of any anomaly in the operation of the loyalty program, whatever the cause. Therefore, in the event of an anomaly resulting in particular from an obvious technical or material error or a computer bug concerning in particular the accumulation of euros in "Store crédit"," the holder of the "Store credit" loyalty account will not be able to claim the benefit or request a refund. As soon as this anomaly is discovered or brought to ITC's attention, ITC will proceed to regularize "Store crédit"." This regularization will be brought to the attention of the holder of "Store credit" in his personal space on www.itcpiercing.com. In case of theft of the login and password of the loyalty account "Store credit", ITC cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of the amount credited to the loyalty account "Store credit" and no claim for reimbursement will be accepted. The Account Holder must inform ITC by email or telephone of the theft as soon as it occurs. The Account Holder may then request that a new password be issued.

Article 6. Request for reimbursement of an item / exercise of the right of withdrawal

The benefits of the loyalty program "Store credit" are conditional on the purchase of products that benefit from specific offers on www.itcpiercing.com. In the event of a request for a refund or exercise of the right of withdrawal for products that have benefited from benefits under the loyalty program "Store credit" (coupons acquired in the store crédit), ITC reserves the right to cancel these benefits and to withdraw the coupons in the Customer's possession at the time of the refund of the product or products concerned, in order to counter any attempt at fraud. In the event that the benefits of the "Kitty" loyalty program have already been consumed by the Customer at the time of the return of the goods, ITC reserves the right to deduct the amount corresponding to such benefits from the actual refund of the price of the returned products.

Evolution of the loyalty program

All or part of the rules, rights and benefits set forth in these General Terms and Conditions and/or any other document related to this loyalty program may be modified or revoked temporarily or permanently at any time. In this case, the rights and benefits acquired by the holder of the loyalty program "Store credit" on the date of cancellation or modification will remain due. On the other hand, the rights and benefits modified or revoked for the future will not give rise to any right of compensation in favor of the member. "Store credit" loyalty program holders may, if they wish, withdraw from the program by contacting us by telephone and quoting Customer Code, last name, first name and address. By doing so, they waive the benefits of the "Store credit" loyalty program.
