Our delivery terms
Because your shopping experience would not be complete without timely delivery that lives up to your expectations, we place special importance on this stage of the order. Although we have no control over this aspect, it is a point of honor for us to accompany you and ensure that your products arrive in good condition and on time.

Territories
We deliver mainly to mainland France, Corsica and French overseas departments and territories, European Community, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Canada. For other destinations, please contact us.
What delivery methods are available?
ITC customers can choose from the following delivery methods:
- At home / in store
- In a parcel relay via Colissimo Point relais (mainland France and Corsica)
- Click & Collect: pickup at a point of sale (Nancy or Paris)
- At a conference or trade show: at the event venue


Prices
For all orders over 200 euros, including VAT, and weighing less than 5 kg, delivery is free (in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg).

Large volumes
Delivery of large volumes, particularly furniture, is subject to quotation. This service is provided by specific carriers such as Geodis or Calberson. We will inform you of the cost of delivery when you place your order.
COD
Through our courier UPS, you can select this delivery method and pay your order in cash directly to the courier. (Up to 750 euros, including VAT, excluding flammable products that cannot be transported by UPS).
Order placed by noon, shipped the same day!


Order preparation deadline
All orders placed before 12 noon will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Estimated delivery time:
EXPRESS TNT: 24 hours to the day after shipment
STANDARD (Colissimo + UPS): 48 business hours after shipment
LARGE VOLUME (Geodis Calberson): 72 working hours after shipment.
NB: Delivery times are given as an indication only. Any delays in delivery are beyond our control.
Order tracking
In your customer area you can track your order in "my orders" / "view my order" / "track my parcel" / you will then be redirected directly to the courier website. If you have any problems with the delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return
You can return goods in the following cases:
- Order error: you received an item you do not wish to keep because it does not fit you or you have the wrong reference number. You may return the item to us new, complete, in the original packaging, and unused by mail to the following address:

Please enclose a copy of your purchase invoice and indicate the reason for return.
Upon receipt and after checking the item, we will either issue a credit note (to be used for your next purchase) or replace the item (please specify the item you wish to replace).
- After-Sales Service: If you have received a damaged item, please contact us by phone at 03.83.56.36.36 or online chat and send us a photo/video of the problem.
- After-sales service/technical problem: If your inquiry is about a faulty machine, please contact the technical department by phone at 03.83.56.36.36 or in online chat so that we can tell you the procedure to follow.
- Withdrawal period: for all orders placed on our website, you have 14 days to withdraw your order. For all purchases made in our showrooms, you have 7 days. Please note that to return an item, it must be in its original, unused packaging.
