ITC has a sales department that is available to answer your questions and advise you in the store, by phone, or by convention. Our sales staff transmits orders to the team that prepares them. Orders placed before noon are processed by our order preparers so they can be shipped the same day.
Our shipping department will pack your orders and deliver them to the courier company you select. In order to ship your packages quickly, we must have sufficient stock. For this purpose, we have a 2,000 m² warehouse management service in cooperation with our purchasing department.
Other services, such asafter-sales support, are also available. In case of a breakdown or defective product, you can contact us and our team will make every effort to solve your problems as soon as possible.
